Ready to feel the ocean beneath your board? One More Wave Kata Surf School Phuket offers a real surfing experience at the beautiful Kata and Karon Beach area. We provide different classes based on your need. 1.5-hour course, 2-hour course and 1-day course. Each course is perfect for travelers who want more than just a beach photo—they want to learn how to ride a wave.

Your journey begins with basic movements and safety. You will learn paddling, getting over waves, turning on the board, and catching your first green waves. As your confidence grows, the instructor will teach you wave types, surfing rhythm, and basic surfing etiquette.

Surfing depends on nature, so lessons are held in safe waves no higher than 0.5 meters. Patience and following your coach’s instructions are essential.

You do not need to know how to swim, but please tell us in advance if you are very afraid of water. Guests with certain medical conditions or injuries should not join the activity.

Please wear your swimsuit before leaving for the beach. After surfing, you can return to the shop to shower and change.
