Please be ready at the lobby 10 minutes before the pick-up time. Each traveler is permitted one suitcase and one carry-on bag (20‘). Oversized or excess luggage, such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes, may have specific limitations. Please contact the local tour operator before your travel date for clarification.
