Can I amend, cancel, or get a refund for my booking?
Yes, changes and cancellations can be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.
No amendments, cancellations, or refunds are allowed within 24 hours of your activity date.

When will my booking be confirmed?
This activity offers instant confirmation. However, please allow at least 1 hour of processing time before using your voucher at the ticket counter.

What’s the difference between a Daytime Ticket and a Sunset Ticket?
The key difference is the entry time, as specified in the package details.
Tickets must be used within the specified time slot; otherwise, they are invalid for entry.

How do I get to Mahanakhon Tower?
You can reach the tower by taxi, tuk-tuk, or BTS Skytrain.
It is directly connected to BTS Chong Nonsi Station (Exit 3).

• From King Power Rangnam, take the BTS from Victory Monument to Siam, then transfer to a train heading to Chong Nonsi.
  
• From Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Phayathai Station, then transfer to BTS and travel to Chong Nonsi Station. From there, it’s a 2-minute walk to King Power Mahanakhon Tower
